Our scientist Ischa Hoornstra will present the latest data on MIT-3301, our trivalent trispecific single domain antibody, targeting apixaban, edoxaban and rivaroxaban, that very effectively reverses the action of these FXa inhibitors in vitro, ex vivo and in vivo.
Our latest data show that MIT-3301 fully reverses the action of FXa inhibitors ex vivo on thrombin generation in plasma derived from stroke patients treated with apixaban, edoxaban or rivaroxaban. MIT-3301 was equally effective or clearly superior to PCC in a rat liver traumatic bleeding model. Together with a predictable pharmacokinetic profile this warrents further preclinical development of this reversal agent.
